Annual Soup'er Bowl
This Super Bowl Sunday we’re going all in – all in some mitzvot creating soup kits for the Bronx Jewish Community Center Food Pantry. Making these soup kits is great mitzvah work our community can do before football fever sets in!
This year there are several ways to participate:
- Join us at the temple on Sunday, February 13 at noon to volunteer to make soup kits together
- Donate ingredients for the Soup Kits
- Make Soup Kits at Home
- Donate Cans of Soup and Crushed Tomatoes
*Ingredients Collection Through February 10
We need:
- Bags of split peas, barley, red beans, lentils, and uncooked rice
- Bottles of Italian seasoning and onion flakes
- Boxes of Ditalini pasta
Donation bins are located outside the temple entrance through February 10.
