3 Rabbis, 4 Opinions: An Interdenominational Panel Discussion on Jewish Practice and Belief

Dear 7-12th grade parents,

We are excited to invite our Monday evening students and their parents to a special interdenominational panel.  We will be joined by Rabbi Yael Buechler of Solomon Schechter Day School and Rabbi Nuriel Klinger of Young Israel of Scarsdale, alongside Rabbi Jaffe and Rabbi Linzer, as we discuss commonalities and differences in Jewish practice and theology.  It should be an informative evening for students and parents alike.  The schedule will unfold as follows:

6:15 pm – Panel discussion in the sanctuary, open to students and adults

7:05 pm – Dinner for teens in the social hall, coffee and light snacks available in entry hall for adults

7:25 pm – 8th and 9th grade electives, 10-12th grades summary discussion with Rabbi Jaffe in Beit Midrash

8:15 pm – Teen program ends (as usual)

We will be sure to include time for questions from our students and parents.  Please join us in welcoming our special guests and exploring the diversity of opinions within Jewish tradition.
