Exploring the Jewish Life Cycle

Saturdays, 8:45–9:45 am
with Rabbi Maura Linzer
We will study different moments of the Jewish life cycle using biblical, rabbinic, 
and modern texts.  This course will cover abortion, marriage, ethical wills, end of life 
choices, and mourning rituals.  We will discuss relevant texts and explore how they are applicable to us today.  

January 14:    Judaism and Abortion

March 4:    Biblical Jewish Ethical Wills
March 11:    Medieval and Modern Jewish Ethical Wills
March 25:    End of Life Choices
April 1:    Jewish Mourning Rituals
