Kitanim

We welcome our youngest learners to learn about Judaism through music, stories, movement, games, crafts, and tefillah (prayer). Our focus is to teach about Jewish values in a fun, warm and upbeat environment. Our students meet once a week on Sundays, and are taught by a professional teacher, a teaching assistant and aided by teen teachers (madrachim), who make our kids feel extra special. 

Kitanim families are encouraged to participate in a family education session and a parent education session taught by a member of our clergy team.  A highlight of the year is always a family Shabbat dinner followed by a Tot Shabbat Service, which our students help to lead. They love to show off everything they’ve learned on the bima!
