According to Jewish tradition, the Saturday night before Rosh Hashanah constitutes the beginning of the High Holiday season, when Selichot services are conducted. During Selichot, poems and prayers, introducing the themes of forgiveness, sin, devotion to God, and petition for mercy, are introduced as a way of preparing the heart and soul for the New Year and Days of Awe. Please come join us on the evening of September 28th where we will sing, pray and share with one another.
