Ingredients Needed
1 6 oz container yogurt (any kind)
2 containers of sugar
3 containers of flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 container of oil
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
Simple Instructions (for children to do, with some adult assistance)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9" cake pan
- In a large mixing bowl, pour in the plain yogurt.
- Add the eggs, sugar and oil. Mix it together
- Wash the yogurt container and dry it.
- Add flour, baking powder, and mix..
- Pour into the greased pan and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
