Join Professional Chef Suzy Scherr as she teaches us how children can prepare French yogurt cake aka "Make it All By Yourself Celebration Cake" in honor of the end of the school year and to celebrate the sweetness of the Torah!

Ingredients Needed
1 6 oz container yogurt (any kind)
2 containers of sugar
3 containers of flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 container of oil
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional

Simple Instructions (for children to do, with some adult assistance)

• Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9" cake pan
• In a large mixing bowl, pour in the plain yogurt.
• Add the eggs, sugar and oil. Mix it together
• Wash the yogurt container and dry it.
• Add flour, baking powder, and mix..
• Pour into the greased pan and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
